Grabvo

QR code menu for restaurants and cafes

Grabvo puts your whole menu behind one QR code and one short link. Guests scan, browse and order from their own phone, with no app to install and no account to create.

What a Grabvo QR code menu is

Every store on Grabvo gets a public digital menu at its own address, for example grabvo.app/your-store, and a QR code that opens it. The menu opens in the phone's browser, so there is nothing to download.

The menu shows your groups and categories, products with pictures, sizes, add-ons and modifiers, and the opening windows you set, such as a breakfast menu that appears only in the morning.

What guests can do

  • Browse the full menu with prices, pictures and options.
  • Scan the QR code on their table and add to the same order as often as they like.
  • Add a note to an item or to the whole order.
  • Call the waiter and ask for the bill from their phone.
  • See which items are sold out.

What you control

  • One QR code per store, or a separate QR code for every table.
  • Your logo, cover image, colours and menu style, so the menu looks like your place.
  • Opening hours, and whether guests can order right now. Orders are refused outside your hours.
  • Changes made in your dashboard appear on the menu within minutes.

From the QR code to the kitchen

A table QR code opens that table's order. Each time the guest sends items, your staff see a new round on the POS and accept it in one tap, and the kitchen ticket can print by itself. Payment is taken by your staff at the table or the till.
