Grabvo

Restaurant POS that runs in the browser

Grabvo is a restaurant POS that runs in the browser on a tablet, a laptop or a touch terminal. It takes table and takeaway orders, handles the bill and prints to the kitchen.

A touch POS built for a busy service

Staff see a floor plan of your tables, grouped by area, with the tables that need attention shown first: a customer's order waiting, a bill request or a waiter call. Tapping a table opens its order. Large targets and calm motion keep it quick on a tablet.

  • Place orders for a table or for takeaway, with sizes, add-ons, modifiers and notes.
  • Move a table, join tables into one bill, and cancel an item or an order with a reason.
  • Staff sign in with a six-digit PIN on the terminal.

Checkout that matches the bill

  • Split a bill by item or equally, and pay one bill with several methods, such as cash and card.
  • Discounts, tax lists, service charge, tips and rounding, all worked out in exact cents on the server.
  • Refunds that go back the way the money was paid.
  • If the connection drops, the payment is kept on the device and sent again once it is back, and a payment is never counted twice.

Printing, shifts and the cash drawer

  • Receipts, bills and kitchen tickets print on 80 mm or 58 mm thermal printers, with an optional second language and your logo.
  • The cash drawer opens when cash is taken.
  • Cashiers start and end their own shift and count the drawer. Every payment belongs to a shift, with a full shift report.

Stock, reports and many stores

  • Track stock items and purchases, write a cookbook for each dish, and the stock a paid table used leaves the stock.
  • Reports for sales, orders, payments, tax, products and cancellations, with Excel export.
  • Run one store or many from one dashboard, with roles that limit what each person can do.
